Through this partnership, for the first time, RUTF will be produced in Nigeria and given at no charge to 500 children with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) monthly.

Empower 54 has also partnered with a United States UN certified RUTF manufacturer, PPB, that will train and offer technical support for this laudable program.

The Nigerian host State for the small-scale production of RUTF will be announced shortly.
